Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Hash Technology Limited ("Aedifex", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. By accessing or using aedifex.app or any related service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of service
Aedifex provides a browser-based 3D building and interior design platform with AI assistance, real-time rendering, and project sharing. We offer a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers. Specific features, quotas, and limits are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are stated exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
5. Payment processing
We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and Airwallex) to handle billing. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge the applicable fees. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue prorated refunds at our discretion for service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be sent to legal@aedifex.app within 14 days of the disputed charge.
7. User content
You retain ownership of the designs, projects, and other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Aedifex a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Hash Technology Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the underlying source code beyond the limited license to use the Service.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to violate applicable law; (c) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; (d) attempt to disrupt the Service or other users' access; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aedifex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aedifex's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aedifex from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
